A.________ SA challenged a decision of the Federal Criminal Court before the Federal Supreme Court in a seizure matter. After being ordered to file a power of attorney under threat of non-consideration, counsel failed to do so by the deadline. The Federal Supreme Court therefore did not enter into the appeal. The costs of CHF 300 were charged to the lawyer, who had acted without authorization.
Art. 40 cpv. 2, 42 cpv. 5, 66 cpv. 3 LTF; admissibility of a remedy where counsel fails to produce a power of attorney after being invited to cure the defect. Counsel must substantiate the mandate by filing a valid power of attorney; if the defect is not remedied within the prescribed time, the filing is not considered and the remedy is inadmissible (consid. 1). The unnecessary costs caused by such defective representation are borne by the person who occasioned them, including a lawyer acting without authorization (consid. 2).

Sequestro,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 25 luglio 2011 dal Tribunale penale federale, I Corte dei reclami penali.
Considerando:
che con sentenza del 25 luglio 2011 il Tribunale penale federale ha respinto un reclamo presentato da A.________SA;
che avverso questo giudizio la reclamante presenta un ricorso in materia penale al Tribunale federale;
che, con decreto presidenziale del 31 agosto 2011, il patrocinatore della ricorrente è stato invitato a produrre la procura entro il 15 settembre successivo, con la comminatoria che, in caso di inosservanza, l'atto scritto non sarebbe stato preso in considerazione (art. 42 cpv. 5 LTF);
che, secondo l'art. 40 cpv. 2 LTF, i patrocinatori devono giustificare il loro mandato mediante procura;
che, come noto al patrocinatore della ricorrente (sentenza 1B_14/2009 del 18 febbraio 2009), la mancata presentazione della procura entro il termine fissato per sanare il vizio comporta l'inammissibilità del gravame (art. 42 cpv. 5 LTF);
che la procura non è stata prodotta, per cui il gravame, che può essere deciso sulla base della procedura semplificata dell'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF, non può essere esaminato nel merito;
che le spese inutili sono pagate da chi le causa (art. 66 cpv. 3 LTF);
ch'esse sono quindi poste a carico del patrocinatore, il quale ha concretamente agito quale rappresentante senza autorizzazione;
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 300.-- sono poste a carico del patrocinatore.
3.
Comunicazione al patrocinatore della ricorrente, all'Amministrazione federale delle contribuzioni e al Tribunale penale federale, I Corte dei reclami penali.

Whether the appeal was admissible despite the missing power of attorney
The appeal could not be examined because the required power of attorney was not produced within the deadline.
Under Art. 40(2) LTF, counsel must prove the mandate by power of attorney. Failure to cure this defect within the set time leads to inadmissibility under Art. 42(5) LTF.
Allocation of court costs caused by the defective filing
The court costs were charged to the lawyer who acted without authorization.
Unnecessary costs are borne by the person who caused them under Art. 66(3) LTF; here the lawyer concretely acted as an unauthorized representative.
