in Erwägung,
dass das Verfahren gestützt auf Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG mit Verfügung des Instruktionsrichters bzw. des Abteilungspräsidenten (vgl. Art. 32 Abs. 1 BGG) abgeschrieben werden kann, wobei über die Gerichtskosten zu entscheiden und die Höhe einer (allfälligen) Parteientschädigung zu bestimmen ist (Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP in Verbindung mit Art. 71 BGG),
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens (Art. 65 BGG) der Beschwerdeführerin, die die Beschwerde vorbehaltlos zurückgezogen hat, aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG) und sie keinen Anspruch auf Parteientschädigung hat (Art. 68 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG),
verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Amt für Gesundheits- und Verbraucherschutz, dem Volkswirtschaftsdepartement und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen sowie dem Eidgenössischen Volkswirtschaftsdepartement schriftlich mitgeteilt.
