The appellant challenged before the Federal Supreme Court a cantonal ruling that had declared his revision request inadmissible in a recusal matter. Considérant en fait et en droit:

Par décision du 26 mars 2014, le Juge II du district de Sion a déclaré irrecevable la demande en révision déposée par A.________ de la décision du 7 janvier 2014 rendue par le Juge II du district de Sion rejetant la demande de récusation déposée par le même A.________ contre B.________, Juge I du Tribunal de district de Monthey.

Par courrier du 5 avril 2014, A.________ dépose un recours contre la décision du 26 mars 2014 auprès du Tribunal fédéral.

Aux termes de l'art. 86 al. 1 let. d LTF, le recours en matière de droit public est recevable contre les décisions des autorités cantonales de dernière instance, pour autant que le recours devant le Tribunal administratif fédéral ne soit pas ouvert.

En l'espèce, la décision attaquée est une décision de première instance cantonale qui ne peut par conséquent pas faire l'objet d'un recours auprès du Tribunal fédéral.

Le recours est ainsi manifestement irrecevable (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF) et doit être traité selon la procédure simplifiée de l'art. 108 LTF, sans qu'il y ait lieu d'ordonner un échange d'écritures. Succombant, le recourant doit supporter un émolument judiciaire réduit (art. 65 et 66 LTF). Il n'est pas alloué de dépens (art. 68 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Juge présidant prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué au recourant, à Madame B.________, Juge I du district de Monthey, et au Tribunal de Sion, Juge II du district de Sion.
