X.________ SA appealed to the Federal Tribunal against a Geneva administrative judgment concerning procedural costs. While a parallel Geneva case was pending, the Federal Tribunal had suspended the proceedings. After the cantonal court partially upheld the company’s complaint, the appellant withdrew the federal appeal. The President of the IIe Cour de droit public took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the roll, and waived judicial fees.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of an appeal before the Federal Tribunal. Upon valid withdrawal, the proceedings are terminated by striking the case from the roll. Costs are governed by Art. 66 LTF; the court may waive judicial fees in view of the circumstances. Considérant:
que, le 3 octobre 2007, X.________ SA a interjeté auprès du Tribunal fédéral un recours en matière de droit public contre l'arrêt rendu le 28 août 2007 par le Tribunal administratif du canton de Genève concernant une réclamation portant sur les frais de la procédure non contentieuse,
que, le 9 octobre 2007, le Président de la IIe Cour de droit public a ordonné la suspension de la procédure fédérale 2C_547/2007 jusqu'à droit connu sur la procédure parallèle pendante devant le Tribunal administratif du canton de Genève,
que, le 8 janvier 2008, le Tribunal administratif du canton de Genève a rendu un arrêt par lequel il a partiellement admis la réclamation de X.________ SA,
que, le 7 février 2008, la recourante, sous la plume de son conseil, a déclaré retirer son recours en matière de droit public,
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), de rayer la cause du rôle et de statuer sur le sort des frais et dépens (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF),
que, compte tenu des circonstances, il se justifie de statuer sans frais (art. 66 al. 2 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause (2C_547/2007) est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée au mandataire de la recourante, à l'Office cantonal de l'emploi et au Tribunal administratif du canton de Genève.
