The spouses A.X. and B.X. filed a complaint with the Federal Supreme Court regarding an alleged pension withdrawal and state liability in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. dass das Ehepaar X.________ am 23. Juli 2011 mit einer als "Beschwerde" überschriebenen Eingabe an das Bundesgericht gelangte, worin es sich über einen "fortgesetzten Betrugsskandal" durch Rentenentzug im Kanton Basel-Landschaft beklagte,
dass dem Ehepaar X.________ am 25. Juli 2011 mitgeteilt wurde, dass seine Eingabe den Begründungsanforderungen an ein Rechtsmittel an das Bundesgericht offensichtlich nicht genügt (Art. 42 und Art. 86 BGG), weshalb davon abgesehen werde, ein formelles, kostenpflichtiges Verfahren zu eröffnen,
dass das Ehepaar X.________ darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass das Bundesgericht keine allgemeine Aufsichtsbehörde ist und deshalb nur im Rahmen der gesetzlich vorgesehenen Verfahren tätig werden kann,
dass das Ehepaar X.________ am 27. Juli 2011 verlangt hat, dass das Bundesgericht förmlich über ihre Eingabe entscheide,
dass ihre Eingabe vom 23. Juli 2011 den Begründungsanforderungen an ein Rechtsmittel an das Bundesgericht offensichtlich nicht genügt, da sie weder den angefochtenen Entscheid bezeichnet noch nachvollziehbare Anträge enthält, weshalb darauf im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass die Beschwerdeführer dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend kostenpflichtig werden (Art. 66 Abs. 1, Abs. 3 und Abs. 5 BGG),
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern unter solidarischer Haftbarkeit auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Beschwerdeführern und dem Kanton Basel-Landschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The submission plainly failed to satisfy Arts. 42 and 86 BGG; the Court therefore did not open a formal, fee-bearing proceeding and applied Art. 108 BGG.
Allocation of court costs
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellants jointly and severally.
Because the appellants were unsuccessful, they had to bear the costs under Art. 66 BGG.
