X.________ challenged before the Federal Supreme Court a Federal Administrative Court judgment that had upheld the Federal Migration Office's refusal of asylum and removal. He asked for reopening of the asylum proceedings. The Federal Supreme Court held that a public-law appeal is inadmissible against Federal Administrative Court decisions in asylum matters and therefore did not enter into the case in simplified procedure. Given the circumstances, it waived court costs.

Nach Einsicht
in das Urteil des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 13. September 2013, welches eine Beschwerde von X.________ gegen die Verfügung des Bundesamtes für Migration vom 11. April 2013 betreffend Abweisung des Asylgesuchs und Wegweisung abweist,
in das Schreiben von X.________ vom 26. September 2013, womit er das Bundesgericht darum bittet, sein Asylverfahren wieder zu eröffnen, und insofern implizit Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 13. September 2013 erhebt,

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gemäss Art. 83 lit. d Ziff. 1 BGG unzulässig ist gegen Entscheide auf dem Gebiet des Asyls, die vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht getroffen worden sind,
dass sich die vorliegende Beschwerde als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG), weshalb darauf mit Entscheid des Einzelrichters im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass die Umstände es rechtfertigen, auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Verfahrensbeteiligten und dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Abteilung V, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
