The appellant withdrew its civil appeal against the decision of the president of the St. Gallen Commercial Court concerning a precautionary measure in a contract dispute. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings. In accordance with the parties' agreement, federal court costs of CHF 4,000 were split equally, and no party compensation was awarded.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of an appeal: if the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case off the docket by order. Where the parties agree on costs, the court follows that agreement for the allocation of judicial costs and may deny party compensation by set-off of legal costs (consid. 1).

dass damit das Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Parteien übereingekommen sind, die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens je hälftig zu tragen und die Parteikosten wettzu-schlagen;
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 4'000.-- werden den Parteien je zur Hälfte auferlegt.
3.
Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgerichtspräsiden-ten des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
