The appellant withdrew its appeal against an ICC arbitral award of 15 May 2013. The President of the First Civil Law Division therefore struck the proceedings from the docket. Court costs of CHF 1,000 were imposed on the appellant, and no party compensation was awarded to the respondent.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 66 BGG, Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal renders the federal proceedings moot and leads to striking the case off the docket. The withdrawing appellant generally bears the court costs. A party compensation to the respondent is not awarded absent grounds therefor.

dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 16. August 2013 ihre Beschwerde vom 24. Juni 2013 gegen das Schiedsurteil des ICC Schiedsgerichts der Internationalen Handelskammer vom 15. Mai 2013 zurückgezogen hat;
dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegnerin keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem ICC Schiedsgericht mit Sitz in Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
