The appellant withdrew its complaint against the St. Gallen cantonal decision on lease termination challenge and eviction. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings from the roll without ruling on the merits. dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, Einzelrichter für Rekurse im Obligationenrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
