The appellant challenged a cantonal judgment concerning a rent increase. After the Federal Supreme Court ordered payment of a cost advance and granted an additional deadline, the appellant still did not pay. The Court therefore did not enter into the appeal. Considering the circumstances, it waived the collection of court costs.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; failure to pay the ordered cost advance within the granted grace period leads to non-entry on the appeal in summary procedure. Where the circumstances so warrant, the Federal Supreme Court may waive court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
