par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux recourants et au Tribunal fédéral des brevets.
