The appellants withdrew their appeal against the Commercial Court of Aargau’s judgment. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the roll. In line with the parties’ agreement, the court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellants and no party compensation was awarded.

dass die Beschwerdeführer das Urteil des Handelsgerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 26. September 2012 mit Beschwerde vom 8. November 2012 beim Bundesgericht anfochten;
dass die Beschwerdeführer mit Schreiben vom 18. November 2013 den Rückzug der Beschwerde erklärten, wobei sie auf eine Vereinbarung der Parteien hinwiesen, nach der die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren ihnen aufzuerlegen und die Parteikosten wettzuschlagen seien;
dass das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren damit in Anwendung von Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abgeschrieben werden kann;
dass die Gerichtskosten den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt und keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen werden;
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.
Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Aargau, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
