The Federal Supreme Court held that the challenged arbitral remand decision did not terminate the proceedings and was therefore an interlocutory award. Since the appellant did not allege either improper constitution of the arbitral tribunal or lack of jurisdiction, the appeal was not admissible. The Court therefore refused to enter into the matter in simplified proceedings and imposed court costs of CHF 500 on the appellant.

Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des lokalen Schiedsgerichts gemäss Art. 77 LMV 2008 in Solothurn vom 21. Oktober 2011.
In Erwägung,
dass die Paritätische Berufskommission für das Bauhauptgewerbe Y.________ mit Beschluss vom 1. April 2010 entschieden hat, dass die Beschwerdeführerin ihren Arbeitnehmern infolge einer unerlaubten Umgehung des Landesmantelvertrags für das Schweizerische Bauhauptgewerbe 2008-2010 (LMV 2008) Lohndifferenzen nachzuzahlen hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin diesen Beschluss beim lokalen Schiedsgericht gemäss Art. 77 LMV 2008 in Solothurn mit Rekurs anfocht;
dass das Schiedsgericht mit Urteil vom 21. Oktober 2011 feststellte, dass die Beschwerdeführerin den LMV 2008 im Zusammenhang mit den Lohnanpassungen auf das Jahr 2008 verletzte, und die Streitsache im Übrigen "zur Bestimmung des Quantitativs der Verletzung des LMV und zum allfälligen Erlass eines Beschlusses gemäss Art. 76 LMV 2008 an die Paritätische Berufskommission" zurückwies, unter Kostenfolgen zulasten der Beschwerdeführerin;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht mit Beschwerde in Zivilsachen vom 3. Februar 2012 beantragt, es sei das Urteil des Schiedsgerichts aufzuheben und die Angelegenheit im Sinne der Erwägungen zur Neubeurteilung an die Vorinstanz zurückzuweisen;
dass das Bundesgericht von Amtes wegen prüft, ob ein Rechtsmittel zulässig ist (BGE 137 III 417 E. 1; 136 II 101 E. 1, 470 E. 1; 135 III 212 E. 1);
dass der angefochtene Rückweisungsentscheid das vorinstanzliche Verfahren weder ganz noch teilweise beendet und es sich dabei folglich um einen Zwischenschiedsspruch i.S. von Art. 383 ZPO handelt;
dass ein Zwischenschiedsspruch nur aus den in Art. 393 Bst. a und b ZPO genannten Gründen angefochten werden kann (Art. 392 lit. b ZPO);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin weder eine vorschriftswidrige Zusammensetzung des Schiedsgerichts rügt (Art. 393 lit. a ZPO) noch dessen Zuständigkeit bestreitet (Art. 393 lit. b ZPO);
dass im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG zu entscheiden ist über Nichteintreten auf Beschwerden, die offensichtlich unzulässig sind (Abs. 1 lit. a);
dass die Voraussetzungen von Art. 108 BGG vorliegend gegeben sind, weshalb auf die Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem lokalen Schiedsgericht gemäss Art. 77 LMV 2008 mit Sitz in Solothurn schriftlich mitgeteilt.
