In a civil lease-extension dispute, the appellant withdrew the federal appeal by letter of 1 April 2014. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case struck from the docket. It set reduced court costs at CHF 200, charged them to the appellant, and denied any party compensation to the respondent.

qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que le recourant supporte les frais judiciaires réduits (art. 66 LTF);
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
Il n'est pas alloué de dépens à l'intimé.
