The appellant withdrew her appeal by letter of 15 November 2010. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings out under Art. 32(2) BGG. It also ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500 pursuant to Art. 66(3) BGG. The order was notified in writing to the parties.

dass die Beschwerde demnach im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);
verfügt die Instruktionsrichterin:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
