Such a complaint may invoke only constitutional rights and must set out, in the complaint itself and with reference to the challenged reasoning, which constitutional guarantees were violated and why; mere cross-references to other submissions are inadmissible (consid. 1-3). If these requirements are manifestly not met, the Court may refuse entry under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG in the circumstances.

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Zirkulationsbeschluss des Kassationsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 3. August 2010.
In Erwägung,
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich mit Urteil vom 21. April 2009 die Klage der Beschwerdeführerin auf Zahlung von Fr. 9'639.10 nebst Zins abwies und die Widerklage der Beschwerdegegnerin auf Zahlung von Fr. 2'388.10 nebst Zins guthiess;

dass die Beschwerdeführerin dieses Urteil mit Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde beim Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich anfocht, das mit Zirkulationsbeschluss vom 3. August 2010 die Beschwerde abwies, soweit es darauf eintrat;

dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 15. September 2010 datierte Eingabe einreichte, aus der abgeleitet werden kann, dass sie den Entscheid des Kassationsgerichts mit Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht anfechten will;

dass eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im vorliegenden Fall nicht zulässig ist, weil der erforderliche Streitwert von Fr. 30'000.-- (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) nicht erreicht wird und sich keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne vom Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;

dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne von Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;

dass mit einer solchen Beschwerde ausschliesslich die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);

dass in der Beschwerdeschrift dargelegt werden muss, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);

dass die Beschwerdebegründung in der Beschwerdeschrift selbst enthalten sein muss, weshalb blosse Verweise auf andere Schriftstücke unzulässig sind (BGE 133 II 396 E. 3.1 S. 400);

dass deshalb der Hinweis der Beschwerdeführerin auf ihr Schreiben an das Kassationsgericht vom 25. August 2010 unbeachtlich ist;

dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 15. September 2010 die erwähnten Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht erfüllt;

dass aus diesen Gründen auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;

dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
