The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's constitutional complaint against a cantonal civil judgment because she failed to pay the ordered advance costs even within the extended deadline. The court therefore applied the summary non-entry procedure and imposed court costs of CHF 500 on the appellant. The decision was rendered by a single judge of the First Civil Law Division.

dass das Bundesgericht das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege mit Verfügung vom 24. Oktober 2012 abgewiesen hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der ihr mit Verfügung vom 16. November 2012 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,

erkennt die Einzelrichterin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
