The appellants challenged a cantonal supervisory decision in debt-enforcement matters before the Federal Supreme Court but withdrew their filing by letter of 10 May 2007. The President of the II Civil Law Division therefore struck the case off the docket. The court also ordered a court fee of CHF 200, payable by the appellants jointly and severally. The decision was issued as a procedural order on 14 May 2007.

Mai 2007 zurückgezogen haben, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten den Beschwerdeführern unter solidarischer Haftbarkeit aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 5 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 200.-- wird den Beschwerdeführern unter solidarischer Haftbarkeit auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Beschwerdeführern, dem Betreibungs- und Konkursamt Emmental Oberaargau, Dienststelle Signau-Trachselwald, und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Aufsichtsbehörde in Betreibungs- und Konkurssachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were discontinued as withdrawn by the appellants.
Once the appellants withdrew their submission, the President had to strike the case off the docket under the applicable federal procedural rules.
How to allocate the court fee after withdrawal
A court fee of CHF 200 was imposed on the appellants jointly and severally.
Costs follow the withdrawal of the appeal and are charged to the appellants under joint and several liability.
