The Swiss Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the complaint against a decision concerning income garnishment because the filing was late. The challenged decision had been served on 7 April 2008, so the ten-day deadline expired on 17 April 2008. Since the complaint was handed to the post only on 21 April 2008, it was time-barred. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 200.
Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG; Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG; complaint filed after expiry of the statutory appeal period is inadmissible. The appeal period runs from service of the challenged decision and expires after ten days; filing with the post after that date is untimely and leads to non-entry. Where the Federal Supreme Court does not enter into the matter for lateness, the court costs are ordinarily borne by the appellant (consid. 1-2).

in die Beschwerde vom 20. April 2008 gegen den vorgenannten Entscheid,
in die Mitteilung der Post, wonach der angefochtene Entscheid der Beschwerdeführerin am 7. April 2008 zugestellt worden ist,
in Erwägung,
dass die zehntägige Beschwerdefrist gemäss Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG am Donnerstag, 17. April 2008 abgelaufen ist,
dass die Beschwerde am 21. April 2008 der Post übergeben und somit verspätet eingereicht worden ist,
dass folglich nicht darauf einzutreten ist,
dass die Kosten des Verfahrens der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, Schuldbetreibungs-und Konkurskommission, als oberer kantonaler Aufsichtsbehörde über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the complaint against the cantonal supervisory decision was filed in time.
The complaint was filed out of time and therefore could not be considered.
The decision was served on 2008-04-07; the ten-day deadline under Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG expired on 2008-04-17, while the filing was handed to the post on 2008-04-21.
Allocation of court costs.
Court costs were charged to the appellant.
Because the complaint was not entered into, the appellant had to bear the costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.
