The appellant withdrew its appeal against the Lucerne Higher Court’s debt-enforcement ruling. The President of the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500. The decision was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal court.

Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_280/2010 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
