The Federal Supreme Court took note of the appellant’s withdrawal of his civil appeal against a Geneva decision on protective measures of the matrimonial union. The case was therefore struck from the roll. The court also ordered the appellant to pay judicial costs of CHF 300. Before withdrawal, the president had invited the appellant to pay a CHF 2,000 advance on costs.

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
