The appellant withdrew her complaint to the Federal Supreme Court by letter of 26 July 2010. The President of the II Civil Law Division therefore struck the proceedings from the docket and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 300. The decision was notified to the appellant, the debt enforcement and bankruptcy office, and the Bern cantonal supervisory court.

Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Betreibungs- und Konkursamt Y.________ und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern (Aufsichtsbehörde in Betreibungs- und Konkurssachen) schriftlich mitgeteilt.
