The appellant withdrew her complaint against the notice of seizure after filing it with the Federal Supreme Court. The II Civil Law Court therefore discontinued the proceedings as withdrawn and held that the appellant had to pay court costs of CHF 200. Any remaining requests became moot after the withdrawal.

Oktober 2009 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), unter Hinweis darauf, dass die weiteren Begehren der Beschwerdeführerin nach erfolgtem Beschwerderückzug gegenstandslos sind,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem verfahrensbeteiligten Amt und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
