dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 9. November 2010 (Postaufgabe: 11. November 2010) zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Kosten (entgegen seinem Antrag) dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und diesem keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dem Beschwerdeführer wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.

Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Betreibungsamt Nidwalden und dem Einzelrichter in Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs (Aufsichtsbehörde) des Kantons Nidwalden schriftlich mitgeteilt.
