The Federal Tribunal dealt with an appeal in a family-law proceeding concerning protective measures of the marital union. Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

Prend acte du retrait du recours et ordonne la radiation de la cause du rôle.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
