The appellant withdrew his federal complaint against the Zurich supervisory decision concerning realization in debt enforcement. The President of the Second Civil Law Division therefore struck the proceedings from the roll. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant, and he was ordered to pay the respondent CHF 300 as reduced compensation for its submission on suspensive effect. The order was notified to the parties, the debt enforcement office, and the cantonal supervisory court.

If the appellant withdraws the federal appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings off the roll by presidential order. in die Stellungnahme vom 28. Oktober 2010 der (dazu aufgeforderten, anwaltlich vertretenen) Beschwerdegegnerin, die sich der aufschiebenden Wirkung widersetzt,
in Erwägung:
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Beschwerde mit Schreiben vom 14. November 2010 (Eingang beim Bundesgericht: 16. November 2010) zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und dieser zu einer reduzierten Entschädigung an die Beschwerdegegnerin (für die Stellungnahme zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung) zu verpflichten ist,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Der Beschwerdeführer hat die Beschwerdegegnerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 300.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Betreibungsamt Y.________ und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich (II. Zivilkammer als oberer kantonaler Aufsichtsbehörde in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen) schriftlich mitgeteilt.
