The Fondation X________ filed an appeal against a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court in a foundation-supervision matter. The Federal Supreme Court ordered an advance on costs and then granted a non-extendable additional deadline, but the advance was still not paid. The Court therefore declared the appeal inadmissible and imposed judicial costs of CHF 300 on the appellant. The decision was rendered by the single judge under the simplified procedure.

The decision may be taken by the single judge in the simplified procedure under art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

l'ordonnance du 15 janvier 2013 impartissant à la recourante un délai supplémentaire non prolongeable de dix jours dès la notification - intervenue le 16 janvier 2013 - pour fournir l'avance de frais requise;
l'attestation de la Caisse du Tribunal fédéral du 7 février 2013;
considérant:
que l'avance de frais n'a pas été payée dans le délai supplémentaire imparti, de sorte que le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable (art. 62 al. 3 LTF), aux frais de son auteur (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que le présent arrêt relève de la compétence du juge unique (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF);
par ces motifs, la Juge présidant prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
