The Federal Supreme Court noted the withdrawal of the subsidiary constitutional appeal in a divorce matter after the cantonal court had declared a revision request admissible and fully revoked its earlier judgment. The proceedings were therefore removed from the docket. The judicial costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The order was issued by the President of the II Civil Law Court.
Art. 73 PCF in conjunction with Art. 71 LTF; Art. 32 al. 2 LTF: upon withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note thereof and removes the cause from the docket. Costs are allocated to the withdrawing party pursuant to Art. 5 al. 2 PCF by analogy and Art. 66 al. 1 and 2 LTF. When the appeal becomes devoid of object due to withdrawal, no examination on the merits is undertaken.

l'arrêt de la cour cantonale du 14 décembre 2007, communiqué au Tribunal fédéral le 28 avril 2008, déclarant recevable la demande de révision et rétractant entièrement l'arrêt du 17 août 2007, objet du recours constitutionnel subsidiaire;
la déclaration de retrait du recours du 13 avril 2008;
considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que les frais doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF);
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
