Nach Einsicht
in die Verfassungsbeschwerde vom 31. Januar 2008 gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts St. Gallen, Einzelrichter der 1. Abteilung, vom 11. Dezember 2007,

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 100.-- auch innerhalb der ihm mit Verfügung vom 28. Februar 2008 gesetzten Nachfrist weder bei der Bundesgerichtskasse in bar geleistet noch zu deren Gunsten an einem Postschalter übergeben und auch nicht den (für den Fall eines Zahlungsauftrags) ihm obliegenden Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschussleistung durch Belastungsbestätigung erbracht hat, weshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Beschwerdeführer in seinen weiteren Eingaben vom 18. März 2008 nichts vorbringt, was es rechtfertigen würde, auf den Entscheid betreffend Verweigerung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege zurückzukommen,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 100.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kreisgericht St. Gallen, 1. Abteilung, Einzelrichter, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
