que, par acte du 25 mars 2013, le recourant a déclaré retirer le recours qu'il a interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt rendu le 17 janvier 2013 par le Tribunal cantonal de la République et canton de Neuchâtel, Autorité de recours en matière pénale,
qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais;
Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_193/2013 est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée au mandataire du recourant et au Tribunal cantonal de la République et canton de Neuchâtel, Autorité de recours en matière pénale.
