Resumo Omnilex

The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's criminal complaint against the Zurich district court's non-entry order. It held that she lacked standing, and in any event the filing contained neither a request nor sufficient reasoning under the Federal Supreme Court Act. Court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant.

Sumário Omnilex

Urteil vom 22. Mai 2007
Strafrechtliche Abteilung

Besetzung
Bundesrichter Schneider, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiberin Arquint Hill.

Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführerin,

gegen

Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich, Postfach, 8090 Zürich.

Gegenstand

1.

Lausanne, 22. Mai 2007

Decisão extraída

The complaint was inadmissible because the appellant lacked standing and the filing did not contain a request or adequate reasoning.

Fundamentação extraída

The court referred to its earlier judgments involving the appellant, held that she was not entitled to appeal, and further noted that the new filing failed to meet the requirements of Art. 42 BGG. Non-entry under Art. 108 BGG was therefore appropriate.

Questão jurídica principal

Allocation of court costs.

Decisão extraída

Court costs were imposed on the appellant.

Fundamentação extraída
