Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid wurde der Beschwerdeführer gestützt auf die Aussagen zweier Polizisten mit Fr. 60.-- gebüsst, weil er keinen Sicherheitsgurt getragen habe. Mit der Behauptung, die Polizisten hätten das Blaue vom Himmel gelogen, vermag der Beschwerdeführer nicht darzutun, dass die Beweiswürdigung der Vorinstanz offensichtlich unrichtig im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG bzw. willkürlich im Sinne von Art. 9 BV sein könnte. Dass die Annahme der Vorinstanz, die Polizisten hätten vor dem Fall überhaupt keinen Kontakt mit dem Beschwerdeführer gehabt (angefochtener Entscheid S. 5/6), nicht zuträfe, behauptet er selber nicht. Die Beschwerde beschränkt sich denn auch auf allgemeine Vorwürfe gegen die Behörden, die mit dem vorliegenden Fall nichts zu tun haben, Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Seinen angespannten finanziellen Verhältnissen (angefochtener Entscheid S. 6 E. IV) ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
