A challenge to a finding of forfeiture must itself be addressed; otherwise the complaint is not heard. Legal aid under Art. 64 BGG is excluded where the appeal is manifestly devoid of prospects of success. Court costs are allocated under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, taking account of the party's financial situation under Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid trat die Vorinstanz auf eine kantonale Beschwerde nicht ein, weil die Beschwerdeführerin die Beschwerdefrist nicht eingehalten hatte. Eine Wiederherstellung der Frist kam nicht in Betracht, weil die Beschwerdeführerin ihren angeblich schlechten gesundheitlichen Zustand nicht hinreichend belegt hatte (angefochtener Entscheid S. 2 E. 1a). Dazu kam, dass sie die kantonale Beschwerde nicht genügend begründet hatte (angefochtener Entscheid S. 2/3 E. 1b). Soweit sie schliesslich die Unzuständigkeit der Behörden des Kantons Freiburg geltend machte, hatte sie das Recht dazu infolge Verspätung verwirkt (angefochtener Entscheid S. 3 E. 1c).
In einer Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist darzulegen, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid nach Auffassung der Beschwerdeführerin das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verletzen soll (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Dieser Voraussetzung genügt die vorliegende Beschwerde nicht, weil sie sich nicht auf die Erwägungen der Vorinstanz bezieht. Die Beschwerdeführerin reicht zum Beispiel das E-Mail eines Untersuchungsrichters ein, der (ohne allerdings den Fall näher zu kennen) festhält, der Kanton Bern sei für die Behandlung des Falles zuständig. Die Vorinstanz hat sich im angefochtenen Entscheid indessen zur Frage, welcher Kanton materiell zuständig ist, nicht geäussert, sondern ausgeführt, die Beschwerdeführerin habe das Recht zur Geltendmachung der Rüge verwirkt (angefochtener Entscheid S. 3 E. 1c). Mit der Frage der Verwirkung befasst sich die Beschwerdeführerin in ihrer Eingabe vor Bundesgericht nicht.
Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Lage der Beschwerdeführerin ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG). Den Beschwerdegegnern ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil sie vor Bundesgericht keine Umtriebe hatten.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Strafkammer des Kantonsgerichts Freiburg schriftlich mitgeteilt.
