qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais;
Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_272/2013 est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée à la recourante et à la Cour suprême du canton de Berne, Section pénale, 2ème Chambre pénale.

After the appellant withdrew the appeal, there was no need to continue the proceedings; under Art. 32(2) BGG the case is removed from the roll.

No judicial costs were imposed.
