Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich primär gegen das Urteil JS 2007 67 der Justizkommission des Obergerichts des Kantons Zug vom 18. März 2008 und somit dagegen, dass ein im Zusammenhang mit einem Führerausweisentzug und einem Interneteintrag stehendes Strafverfahren wegen Amtsmissbrauchs und Amtsgeheimnisverletzung nicht an die Hand genommen wurde. Der Beschwerdeführer ist indessen nicht Privatstrafkläger und durch die angeklagten Handlungen auch nicht in seiner körperlichen oder psychischen Integrität unmittelbar beeinträchtigt und somit nicht Opfer im Sinne des Opferhilfegesetzes. Folglich ist er als Geschädigter zur Beschwerde gegen das Urteil vom 18. März 2008 nicht legitimiert (Art. 81 BGG; BGG 133 IV 228). Soweit er sich mit früheren "Urteilen/Verfügungen/amtlichen Stellungnahmen", die in seiner Sache ergangen sind, befasst (s. Beschwerde Ziff. 2), können diese nicht Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens bilden. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Justizkommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
