The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint against the Bern cantonal criminal chamber decision. Wie der Beschwerdeführer aus dem analogen Urteil 6B_227/2011 vom 29. März 2011 weiss, ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten und ist ihm eine erhöhte Gerichtsgebühr aufzuerlegen.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'000.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
