Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Das Bezirksgericht Zürich sprach der Beschwerdeführerin mit Verfügung vom 14. November 2012 hinsichtlich der am 20. Januar 2010 eingestellten Strafuntersuchung weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Genugtuung zu. Auf die dagegen ergriffene Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin trat das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich am 16. April 2013 nicht ein. In ihrer Eingabe an das Bundesgericht stellt die Beschwerdeführerin keinen Antrag zur Sache und setzt sich in ihrer Begründung auch nicht mit dem angefochtenen Entscheid auseinander, sondern schildert die Angelegenheit einfach erneut aus eigener Sicht. Dass und inwiefern die Vorinstanz mit ihrem Nichteintretensentscheid Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 StGB verletzt haben könnte, ergibt sich aus ihren Ausführungen nicht. Damit genügt die Beschwerde den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
