Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid wurde auf ein Wiederaufnahmegesuch nicht eingetreten, weil der Beschwerdeführer den Kostenvorschuss nicht geleistet hatte. In seiner Beschwerde vom 10. Juli 2008, die die Vorinstanz dem zuständigen Bundesgericht überwiesen hat, äussert sich der Beschwerdeführer zur Frage des Kostenvorschusses nicht. Folglich genügt die Eingabe den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 bzw. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Unter den gegebenen Umständen kann sich das Bundesgericht mit der Frage, ob der Beschwerdeführer der verantwortliche Fahrer war, nicht befassen. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
