Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Thurgau vom 13. Juni 2013.

Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Die Staatsanwaltschaft Kreuzlingen verurteilte die Beschwerdeführerin mit Strafbefehl vom 13. Dezember 2012 wegen mehrfacher übler Nachrede zum Nachteil ihres geschiedenen Ehemannes. Dagegen erhob die Beschwerdeführerin Einsprache. Das Bezirksgericht schrieb das Verfahren am 17. April 2013 als durch Rückzug erledigt ab. Dagegen legte die Beschwerdeführerin Beschwerde ein, welche die Vorinstanz mit Entscheid vom 13. Juni 2013 abwies. Die Vorinstanz führte aus, es seien keine Gründe ersichtlich, weshalb die Beschwerdeführerin nicht mehr an ihren handschriftlich geschriebenen Einspracherückzug vom 17. April 2013 gebunden sein soll. Soweit sich die Beschwerdeführerin in ihrer Beschwerde zur materiellen Seite der Angelegenheit äussert, die nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens vor Vorinstanz bildete, kann das Bundesgericht darauf nicht eintreten. Soweit sie rügt, es seien Verfahrensfehler begangen worden, führt sie nicht aus, welches Grundrecht und inwieweit dieses durch die angeblichen Verfahrensfehler verletzt worden sein soll. Insoweit genügt die Beschwerde den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
