The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the complaint against the refusal of conditional release from a stationary measure. Where costs are exceptionally waived, a pending request for free legal aid becomes moot.

Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer, der sich in einem Pflegezentrum befindet, wendet sich dagegen, dass er nicht aus der stationären Massnahme entlassen wurde. Er bringt vor, er sei mit dem Täter verwechselt worden. Die Frage der Täterschaft kann im vorliegenden Verfahren jedoch nicht mehr geprüft werden. Inwieweit die Verweigerung der bedingten Entlassung seiner Ansicht nach gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen sollte, sagt er nicht. Folglich ist die Beschwerde nicht hinreichend begründet (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden. Damit wird das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege gegenstandslos.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, 3. Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
