X.________ filed a criminal appeal against a Vaud cantonal appellate judgment concerning breach of maintenance obligation and misappropriation. X.________ interjette un recours en matière pénale au Tribunal fédéral contre le jugement de la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal vaudois du 19 juin 2013 en la cause PE10.022097-LCT/PBR.
En vertu de l'art. 42 al. 1 et 2 LTF, le recourant doit motiver son recours en exposant succinctement en quoi la décision attaquée viole le droit. X.________ se borne à exprimer son intention de recourir contre le jugement cantonal précité et prétendument entaché de nombreuses irrégularités, sans toutefois démontrer en quoi tel serait le cas. Faute de satisfaire aux exigences de motivation, le recours doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF.
L'arrêt est exceptionnellement rendu sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).
Le recours est irrecevable.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
