Beschwerde gegen einen Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern.
Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Da der Beschwerdeführer den angefochtenen Entscheid dem Bundesgericht nicht eingereicht hatte, wurde er am 18. November 2011 in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG aufgefordert, den Mangel spätestens am 30. November 2011 zu beheben, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Die Verfügung wurde an die in der Beschwerde angegebene Adresse gesandt, weshalb sie als zugestellt gilt. In der Folge gingen am 24. und 28. November 2011 zwar zwei Beschwerdeergänzungen ein, nicht aber der angefochtene Entscheid. Folglich ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Da dies bereits der zweite ähnliche Fall ist (vgl. Urteil 6B_290/2009 vom 17. April 2009), kommt ein Absehen von der Kostenauflage nicht in Betracht.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The complaint could not be examined because the appellant failed to cure the defect by filing the appealed decision within the deadline.
After the Federal Supreme Court ordered correction under Art. 42(5) BGG, the decision was not submitted. Therefore, the complaint had to be disregarded under Art. 108 BGG.
Who bears the court costs
The appellant must bear the court costs.
Costs were imposed under Art. 66(1) BGG; the court noted this was already the second similar case, so no exception was warranted.
