Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige wegen ungetreuer Geschäftsbesorgung, Urkundenfälschung, Amtsanmassung, Amtsmissbrauchs, ungetreuer Amtsführung, Urkundenfälschung im Amt sowie Vorteilsgewährung nicht eingetreten, ein dagegen gerichteter Rekurs, soweit darauf einzutreten war, abgewiesen und die Kosten des Rekursverfahrens dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt wurden. Wer zur Beschwerde in Strafsachen legitimiert ist, ergibt sich aus Art. 81 Abs. 1 BGG. Da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war, liegt kein Privatstrafklageverfahren im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG vor. Der Beschwerdeführer wurde durch die angezeigten Taten auch nicht unmittelbar in seiner körperlichen, sexuellen oder psychischen Integrität verletzt, weshalb er nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 2 Abs. 1 OHG bzw. Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG ist. Da er folglich Geschädigter ist, der kein rechtlich geschütztes Interesse an der Aufhebung oder Änderung des angefochtenen Entscheids hat (BGE 133 IV 228), ist er zur Hauptsache zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert. Soweit er sich gegen die Kostenauflage wendet, macht er geltend, es liege "offensichtlich" ein Verfahrensfehler nach Treu und Glauben vor. Diese Begründung genügt den Anforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht, denn der Beschwerdeführer legt nicht dar, aus welchem Grund die Kostenauflage seiner Ansicht nach gegen Art. 9 BV verstossen soll. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
