Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 14. Oktober 2009 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht spätestens am 4. November 2009 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'000.-- einzuzahlen. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde innert Frist nicht bezahlt. Mit derselben Verfügung vom 14. Oktober 2009 wurde der Beschwerdeführer in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG aufgefordert, innert der Frist bis 4. November 2009 den vollständigen angefochtenen Beschluss nachzureichen, ansonsten die Beschwerde unbeachtet bleibe. Auch dieser Aufforderung ist der Beschwerdeführer innert Frist nicht nachgekommen. Folglich ist mangels Einreichung des angefochtenen Beschlusses androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten. Unter diesen Umständen ist keine Nachfrist zur Leistung des Vorschusses anzusetzen.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
