1.1. Par ordonnance du 25 septembre 2013, le Président de la Chambre pénale du Tribunal cantonal valaisan a imparti à X.________ un unique délai de cinq jours afin de régulariser son recours contre un mandat de comparution dans la procédure P3 13 78. X.________ interjette un recours en matière pénale contre le prononcé précité.
1.2. A titre préalable, il requiert la récusation de Monsieur le Juge fédéral Roland Schneider. Cette requête se révèle sans objet, dès lors que la présente affaire est tranchée par Monsieur le Juge fédéral Hans Mathys, Président de la Cour de droit pénal du Tribunal fédéral.
1.3. Le recours ne portant pas sur une décision sujette à recours au sens des art. 90 ss LTF, il est irrecevable et doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.
Exceptionnellement, le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).
Le recours est irrecevable.
