Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

Das Bundesgericht wies mit Urteil vom 28. Mai 2008 eine Beschwerde des Gesuchstellers ab, soweit darauf einzutreten war (6B_312/2008). Der Gesuchsteller wendet sich mit einem Revisions- bzw. Wiedererwägungsgesuch vom 13. Januar 2009 erneut an das Bundesgericht.
Ob seine Vorbringen überhaupt zulässig sind, muss nicht geprüft werden. Denn jedenfalls ist nicht ersichtlich, inwieweit die drei angeblich neuen Beweismittel daran, dass seine Verurteilung wegen versuchter Erpressung und Pornografie nicht gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstösst, etwas zu ändern vermöchten. Das Revisionsgesuch ist abzuweisen, soweit darauf einzutreten ist.
Eine Wiedererwägung bundesgerichtlicher Urteile ist im Gesetz nicht vorgesehen. Auf dieses Gesuch ist nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren von vornherein aussichtslos erschienen. Wegen der Art der Prozessführung des Gesuchstellers kommt eine Reduktion der Gerichtsgebühr nicht mehr in Betracht (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Der Gesuchsteller wird darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Bundesgericht weitere unbegründete Eingaben in dieser Sache und insbesondere weitere Revisions- bzw. Wiedererwägungsgesuche ohne förmliche Erledigung zu den Akten legen wird.

Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Das Revisionsgesuch wird abgewiesen, soweit darauf einzutreten ist.

2.
Auf das Wiedererwägungsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.

3.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

4.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.

5.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
