Resumo Omnilex

The Federal Supreme Court considered a second request to revise its judgment 6B_381/2013. It held that the filing was directed to the wrong office, contained improper and querulous content, and therefore warranted no legal protection. The court declined to enter into the matter and ordered the applicant to pay CHF 800 in court costs. It also warned that further vexatious submissions in the same matter would be filed without response.

Sumário Omnilex

Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG; querulous and abusive filings in revision proceedings; a request that is manifestly devoid of legal protection because of its content is not entered into. The addressee of the submission does not cure inadmissibility where the competent bench is clear; the Federal Supreme Court may refuse to deal with repeated vexatious motions. Court costs follow Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG and are imposed on the unsuccessful applicant.

Gegenstand
Mai 2013.

Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

1.
