The Federal Supreme Court held that she failed to specify any federal-law violation by the cantonal non-entry decision, so the federal complaint was inadmissible. It also noted that she could have sought legal aid in the cantonal proceedings and that complaint proceedings under debt-enforcement law are generally free of charge.
Art. 79 Abs. 1 OG; admissibility of a complaint to the Federal Supreme Court requires specific reasoning showing how the challenged decision violates federal law. A mere confirmation of the lateness of the cantonal filing, coupled with an explanation of lack of means, does not meet the substantiation requirement. The court will not examine the matter ex officio. In enforcement complaint proceedings, the possibility of applying for legal aid before the cantonal authority remains reserved; the procedure is in principle free of charge (Art. 20a SchKG; Art. 61 Abs. 2 lit. a GebV SchKG).

Die Kammer hat in Erwägung,
dass die Aufsichtsbehörde für Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs des Kantons Solothurn auf die Beschwerde von X.________, welche diese gegen die Pfändung des Miteigentumsanteils des Schuldners Y.________ am Grundstück G.________ GB xxxx eingereicht hatte, mit Beschluss vom 17. Januar 2006 wegen Fristversäumnis nicht eintrat,
dass X.________ die Sache mit Eingaben vom 31. Januar und 8. Februar 2006 an die Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurskammer des Bundesgerichts weitergezogen hat,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin ausführt, es treffe zu, dass sie die Beschwerde an die Aufsichtsbehörde verspätet eingereicht habe und dies damit begründet, sie habe sich keinen Anwalt leisten können,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin nicht ansatzweise darlegt, inwiefern die Aufsichtsbehörde mit ihrem Nichteintretensentscheid Bundesrecht verletzt haben soll (Art. 79 Abs. 1 OG; BGE 119 III 49 E. 1), weshalb auf ihre Beschwerde nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin im Übrigen im Verfahren vor der kantonalen Aufsichtsbehörde ein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege hätte stellen können,
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren grundsätzlich kostenlos ist (Art. 20a SchKG und Art. 61 Abs. 2 lit. a GebV SchKG),
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Betreibungsamt B.________ und der Aufsichtsbehörde für Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs des Kantons Solothurn schriftlich mitgeteilt.
