The Federal Supreme Court dismissed an unemployment-insurance appeal as inadmissible because the appellant’s filing did not satisfy the reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG. The court held that the submission did not sufficiently explain why the cantonal court’s factual findings were allegedly incorrect under Art. 97(1) BGG or why its reasoning violated federal law. The appeal was therefore not entered into in simplified procedure under Art. 108(1)(b) BGG. Court costs of CHF 300 were charged to the appellant.

The appeal must contain requests and a concise, substantiated reasoning showing in what respect the challenged decision infringes the law. Where factual findings are attacked, the appellant must explain why they are manifestly incorrect within the meaning of Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG and how this affects the legal assessment. A merely appellatory or unsubstantied submission does not satisfy the minimum formal requirements and leads to non-entry in simplified procedure. Costs follow Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG.

dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft (SECO) schriftlich mitgeteilt.
