The appellant challenged a Zurich social insurance decision before the Federal Supreme Court. After the court ordered an advance on costs and granted a grace period, the appellant still did not pay. The president therefore applied the simplified procedure and refused to enter into the appeal. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.

in die Verfügung vom 10. November 2008, mit welcher S.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 21. November 2008 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf das Rechtsmittel nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführerin nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the advance was not paid even within the extended deadline, the court had to refuse entry into the appeal in summary procedure.
Under Art. 62(3) BGG, failure to pay the required advance after a grace period permits non-entry; the court applied Art. 108(1)(a) BGG.

The appellant must bear the court costs of CHF 300.
